Lambi Lambi, Centro, Rio de Janeiro

During residency in Rio de Janeiro I placed one of my images directly onto the fabric of the cityscape using a technique called Lambi Lambi. The technique involves mixing flour and water together to form a paste, it is most commonly used for political posters and slogans. This piece was located in Centro, the financial heart of the city and very close to my studio.
